Looks like very common issue, I noticed the same issue before buying, apparently it was fixed by replacing FSU attached to blower, but I now have annoying rattling noise coming

What's fsu

I have an annoying resonance humming and pulsating noise which I think is related to the electric blower
If I turn it off it stops

Maybe the fan inside the climate control causing it and at times makes a high pitch noise too

I think you mean FSR.  Final Stage Resistor.  If it fails either nothing works or the fans won't switch off.

OP:  Check the fuses in case one has gone.  Is there nothing even in 'Auto' with recirc off or in Auto? Recirc shuts off all outside air.
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

Sounds daft and something you have probably checked already, but I had the same thing with my car. I only had a tiny bit of air coming out of the front vents with the blowers on full whack. I had the climate set to blow air fully out of all the vents; foot-well, front and windscreen (again I'm sure you've checked this) but the real difference was made when I turned off the blowers in the center console that blow to the back seats.

Might be worth a look.

I've posted on main area with details of blower regulator and blower unit

Apparently BMW parts sell a lot of these in a month

About £100 for regulator and £200 for motor fan
