1. Looking to start the Meet around 11am

2. Numbers are increasing so a £10 'entry' fee is in place now. That will buy you a free drink (alcoholic if you wish), the buffet at lunchtime and all the coffee you can drink throughout the day. Hope that's considered reasonable...
