Cheeky little purchase for the summer.....

Post by kjb1 » Wed Feb 03, 2016 10:00 pm

Ok ok, not to everyones taste but gotta love them....

BMW Z3:

Its a car I liked many moons ago, wanted something cheap and cheerful for Summer.  So a 1.9 was the car of choice.  On a P reg, with a recent new rear window, in tidy condition, with Goldeneye spec in terms of interior / exterior colour.

This is literally a toy for me to tinker with and bring back to glory.

Excuse rubbish pics:

Already purchased new gear knob
( original ) , a bonnet badge, new wipers, new mats and a service kit.

Will correct paint with a good machine polish, and generally freshen it up.

It's an E93 , the E92 is the coupe [emoji3]
The ride is fine on the 18's I ditched the Runflats as the ride was HARSH and after a cracked rim the Runflats were history. I test drove an E92 on 19's and it was unbearable, I cut short the test drive.[emoji51]
Mines great fun with the roof down, and with the metal folding roof its good for winter too.
