Hi and welcome to the forum,

There is a good E70 buyers guide by Haywoon on the e70 section link below http://xdrivers.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,6350.0.html

The guide should help and as with any car of that mileage you will need to check for any issues and one with fish would help.

These cars do have a lot of electrics and so definitely checking more than once, the panoramic roof can be troublesome, and also there are sometimes water leaks in rear foot wells to check, plus the air suspension on rear which they all have, the engines generally seem reliable from lack of issues apart from the odd dpf filter blockage but that could be down to the type of usage p.

Hope that helps
Graeme
