Few pics of the X5 after its first wash

So I gave the X her first (quick) wash under my ownership on Sunday so took a few pics before it went dark. I always find the first proper inspection is when you wash a car and it is in awesome condition for a 14 year old vehicle...

@Riggie No I only gave it a quick wash and chamois, it's been really well looked after by Baz the last owner so all credit needs to go to him really. I'm planning a claybar and polish soon along with getting a decent coat of protection on the wheel to keep them tiptop

Remarkable shine and condition for a 15 year old car. Great testament to the build quality of a prestigious car maker.
The E53 has faired a lot better than most other motors over the years.
As the OP mentioned, with a personnel plate many of the general public that can't tell between an E53 / E70 / F15
Would think it was a newish X5.
The E53 to a lot of fans is still the best looking of the clan.
( to me it's the Msport E70 with the Squarer exhausts.
But the F15's are growing on me too. )
I hated the E60 5 series when they came out, but 5 years later bought one and I loved the looks.
