My low beam lights flash a few times before they come on, has been happening for a while and have replaced the bulbs (DS2's) so assuming that the ballasts require replacing, does anyone have a link to some replacements that won't break the bank?

Look up someone like HIDS direct, or HIDS4U, or search for the part number on Fleabay. Eurocarparts might be an option, but I haven't looked.
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.-

go to HID'S direct... lots of willingly given knowledge there & these guys also honour the guarantee periods of their items too...
with no quibbling... definately a seller to trust.
