My wife has owned this vehicle under a year (March 2015) and purchased from a pampering first owner. She is only selling due to the requirement to get something a bit more practical.
This UK car is HPI clear.
MOT not due until next year when the car is 3 years old.
Road Tax irrelevant under the DVLA rules.
This is her daily car, but one of three she can use at home so not used extensively as is testament to its low mileage for its age.
This has and is, a non-smoker’s car and no pets have frequented its interior.

The car has been predominately garaged and parked in a secure private car park when at work.
On average, in normal traffic it achieves 29mpg but on a motorway cruise, it will easily achieve 36 mpg. This car has never been raced and she is a very conservative driver.

The car is only 2 years old but is in fantastic condition. The car will be detailed prior to release to the new owner.
Ignore the RS badges (testament to the bodykit but these will be handed over to the new owner).
INTERIOR
The interior is in excellent condition.
Air conditioning blows ice cold.
The interior is fully intact and smell/stain free.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION, WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Engine, transmission and brakes are all perfect.
Tyres are Toyo Proxes Sport all round with all tyres having 4mm of tread.
Alloys are good but do have minor parking scuffs. I have factored this into the price.
HISTORY FILE
The car has been serviced according its on-board service indicator so it’s first service has just been completed (29/12/15) at the local Audi main dealer.
All original (2) remote keys are present and working. Includes all manuals and wallet.
The car is polished at least every 2 months and leather nourished.
