whats the differance between titanium and standard kidney grills e70

As above, just found the originals off my car i sold and they are oem but silver slats, the oem ones on ebay have black slats?

When I bought mine, the 40d had titanium and the others black.  It was a trim level thing.  You could order the other version if so desired.
