AUC Warranty Q

Hi, so i've a few people on ebay questioning about how the AUC warranty is transferred , am i right in thinking the warranty lies on the car / vin so if taken to a bmw dealer they will no its under warranty just as they did when i took it (it wasn't the supplying dealer that did the work)

You are correct the warranty is with the car not the owner .
You don't have to do anything to transfer it.

Just fyi if you had an inclusive service pack this is also the same.

i dont have this they just paid for the service that was due 3 months after purchase but thats done and not due now till jan 17, thanks

Not all cars have it. Only if the original owner spec'd it as an option..
