iDrive legal disclaimer

Post by Eaglesrest » Wed Dec 09, 2015 8:37 pm

Hi

Could someone please confirm if the UK F15 X5 has the idrive legal disclaimer upon startup? The one that prompts for a Confirm click on idrive each time you start the car?

Thanks

I thought these warnings were required in the US only, along with ones about cruise control not meaning auto-drive and things in the mirrors being closer than might appear?  It's to stop BMW being sued by those who regard guns as a holy right and common sense being something perhaps bought in Walmart?
