Firstly are all the E53 wing mirrors the same regardless of year?

I am after an E53 X5 wing mirror, driver side non power fold.

For a 2005 3ltr d facelift X5

They rarely come up on her but worth an ask usually find them on eBay someone breaking a car,

Not sure if all the same they certainly look the same poss apart from waiting for X5Sport to confirm maybe worth checking website realoem as that gives the part no and if the same then should be ok
