Welcome,

If that's s resent picture of the car you're going to look at then it certainly looks immaculate. A sign of a well looked after car. Good luck.

Very nice, and quite a rare colour too.  Sahara Beige  :)

If you came from Melbourne Vic then the prices will be similar!  My brother is out there and finding the currency rate a little errmm...'challenging' as it's not as good as it was when he went out 4 years ago.

Hi Guys

thanx and decided to buy the car, has a few little niggle but hey so do I for my age so not fussed, Car feels tight and no rattles bumps or squeeks The steering does feel really stiff at stationary moves to park or start steering does'nt feel right to me, but once up to speed its perfet and feels sporty really connected to the road, had some crap diesel in for the 1st 10 litres then I filled up with the all singing and dancing SHELL stuff and it transformed the power, also chucked a bottle of injector cleaner in and give it a coupl eof hefty boots and redlined it a few time and left some sooty deposits on many a car behind me, dont think this car has ever been throttled..not good! but hey at least Its still fresh, wplugged my OBD2 dongle in and got NO Fault codes,,happy with that
Keys dont open and lock the car remotely but it opens the boot! hmm ok thats gotta get seen to right away and the gearbox oil
but all in all had a great 3 hour cruize back from cambridge to leeds and saw a 9.7l /100km return not bad for a moving brick!

cheers
Haydn

Congratulations and all the best for the future. It a good car and can be surprising just how well the X does when sipping the fuel. Out of interest did you change the mileage reading on the car or convert from mpg to lt/100kms yourself?

Hi I changed it in the dash to km/l  they don't sell the fuel by gallon but measure m/per gallon...hmm  think it's about time they converted so took it in to a German car repair shop and found the fault with the key fob....the guys who just did the motor managed to put the ECU into TRANSPORT mode....so lots of stuff was all out so 55 quid later and 45min wait all done and have a remote lock now..yeeehaaaa!
