Re: X5 MSport 2010 Rear Camera question
Yep, done. No listing for rear camera... makes me wonder if i the cabling on the aftermarket camera matches an oem parts cabling, and i can swap it out.

not sure - there are instructions out there to retro fit the camera and i assume that all the required cables will be in place for my aftermarket unit - apparently it doesn't need coding in either - not sure if this is accurate though.

Re: X5 MSport 2010 Rear Camera question
It can be retrofitted with the lines, butu needs a special tool from BMW which are like rocking horse doodoo! I only know cos back in 2009 I bought a new X5 and then asked them to retrofit the camera and they had to borrow the tool as it was so expensive. So sounds to me like whoever fitted it didn't bother doing that calibration bit cos they didn't have the tool.

interesting. I'll live with the lack of lines then - no biggy!
