remote keys not working

Hi guys,

my bloody keys have stopped operating the central locking again, yes both of them, neither will reprogram back to the car, they both still start the car ok, the interior central locking works fine, the fuel cap stays locked if i lock the car manually? its not the key batteries as 2 wouldn't fail together the same day.

also today the self suspension inactive lights up, but theres no signs of any dropping in suspension?. its a new bosch s5 battery, 2 months old.

any ideas?

I may have gone into transport mode. Ours did and I had to have it reprogrammed. There are some tell tail signs but I can't remember what they are.. Obviously keys not working, maybe interior lights not working? Door lock button on centre console not working-although you state it is ok.
