Tow ball height

Just wondered any one towing a caravan etc with a factory fit tow when hitched up to the carvan the caravan appears a little high at the fromt

This causes the caravan to run a little tail down even with maximum nose weight in the caravan does anybody have the same issue it is a factory fit bar with a new van and the car has air suspension on the back (f15)

Any comments welcome

Got an E53 and mine rides level..

You can get the suspension trimmed to get it level...
Not sure what diagnosis kit will do that on yours, or if the dealer can do it for you??

I have a Westfalia detachable bar fitted to my E70 and the height to the top of the ball is 45cm

My van rides level.
