Just looking at tweeters which ones did you go for? And any modifications to make them fit?

The Focal PS165V are an all in one front door solution - they include the main speaker, crossover and tweeter.

There are loads of other options out there for all price ranges, not only the Focals -  I would recommend them though.

Kits like that are a matched set so the frequencies the main speaker and tweeters produce cross nicely as they're designed to work with each other.

Mounting the tweeters was simple, they sit nicely in the mount already behind the grill in the door (above the door card next to the dash).

I used a lot of information from these two threads when doing my research (you can see the tweeter mounts in both threads);

Thanks for the pointers. The thing is the speakers will be done at a later point so at the moment i just want to buy a decent set of tweeters to add some treble as the standard setup lacks this alot. But not sure what set will fit without any adaption.

Interested in that enclosure, let us know what its like when you receive it. Did you opt for a sub from him also?

It should be here tomorrow so will keep you posted. I did not go for the sub from this seller and brought this in the uk as if there is a problem with it it can be easliy returned, but i did go for one of his recommendations the jl audio, The problem is the jl audio requires 18 liters volume and this box is 14 liters volume but with adding some accoustic wool it tricks the box into thinking its bigger then what it is so works well.

I found that box on ebay too, then thought I would come here to see if anyone has got one.  Interested on your views when it arrives as this is on my to do list  :)

So the box has arrived and i will say it is very well made i would say 10/10. I have mounted the subwoofer tonight and added some accoustic wool, just waiting for the amp and i should be good to go, hoping to get this in over the weekend weather permitting. I will update once all is installed.
