Should a 7 seat X5 have self leveling suspension? and how can I tell?

X5's (E70) have air levelling suspension with or without 7 seats.

I thought either adaptive drive or third row seating resulted in self levelling, it wasn't standard across all models .... I believe

Pop last 7 digits of your vin on this website ,
