Mine no longer spins up or reads a disc

What are the options and likely cost?

If the part number is:  65839273195 then have a chat with cotswoldbmwmini on the forum via a PM, as they did an exchange on an E90 - seems to use the same unit - for under £100 in 2014.

The cost is around that on line too.  If it really is that cheap, go OEM as it will have a 2-yr guarantee too.

They'll confirm the part number.

Just the DVD drive itself.  The whole unit is also an exchange option but is programmed into the car so will be harder to swap out.
