Well Jon, it looks as if no one else is prepared to show their sporty footwear!
Shame you're not nearer as I could do with a training buddy. If it looks  like the slightest chance of rain I can't be arsed to run  ::)

I think we could be the only ones here who possibly own a pair of running trainers you think??[emoji1] rest are all old codgers!! and Mr 535d boy is too embarrassed to show off his badminton slap daps against our colourful ensemble!! !!! [emoji6]

Yeh we would certainly have no fear of not being seen if we were out training together, ( from the ankles down that is!! )

Im in the same boat as you at mo, I don't want to ruin them [emoji1] might be investing in another pair for more trail running!! will post a pic if I get them!! haha.

Its rained all day today, then this eve dried up, so just did a cross country walk with dog instead! he has the stumpiest legs so a a good jet off with the shower followed for him!! all clean now.

I just found a pair of 535d's sneakers that he left at my place- seems he can't ditch the winklepickers whether it's boardroom or badminton
