Blue connector in boot

Post by cragglemiester » Fri Jul 31, 2015 6:18 pm

First off apologies for the noob-I-ness of the post but I tried searching with no joy.

Found this connector in the boot, is this the oem sub connector?
If so, could I use these wires to connect a low line convertor and install an aftermarket sub / amp.
I know I'd need a remote, Earth etc

Thanks in advance

Connector for the electric backrest rake adjust option.  Will be one each side.  Not many cars had it, but mine did and very useful it was too  :)

Aha, makes sense, take it plug and play then if I purchased a switch?

Thanks for the info

And the motors, and the rest of the hardware.  Not available as a retrofit kit.

My old 4.6 had this option.

I suspect a retrofit would be expensive and for the couple of inches movement, I wouldn't think it money well spent.
