Available now on VAG cars made since last September as long as it's not a run out model.  The Skoda I am considering gets it as standard due to trim level (L&K).

New cars get it either as an option or free subject to trim levels.  BMW are going to do it (or may already support in some models) but it needs new hardware in some cases so may not be supported before certain production dates - BMW Apps was just one example of that.  Supposed to be a software update but actually needed a different Combox Controller in the back too! >:(

Keeping the X6, storing the E46 and commuting in a Mk3 Skoda Superb L&K 190 DSG Estate is the current plan.  Not completely jumping ship......
