So let me get this straight.....you claim to be bored of a two year old car and then decide to spunk £75k on a newer hoping that what make life better!?!?

Surely the better option if money was the answer was to spend it on a different make because I can't see how upgrading the same car to a similar one was going to help

You could have got a very decent RRS or Cayenne for that money
Currently :
2012 Audi RS4 (B8)
2012 Porsche Boxster S (981)
2008 Lotus Exige S (a bit modified!)
2015 Nissan Leaf twin turbo with Nitros

Previously :
2008 BMW X5 3.0sd MSport
2005 BMW 535d MSport

Actually,

I prefer to only buy German. The Cayenne is a great car when you don't have two dogs to throw in the back and their paraphernalia when we tour in Europe.

And if there is still a problem believing I would be happy. So show you the current order form and the old one. The new one is more of addressing a few regrets I had when speccing the previous car.

EDIT: And not everyone likes Porsche or Land Rovers

If it makes you feel any better on the price paid, I have just ordered a new X5 M Sport 3.0D at a cost of 5,699,000 Thai baht - approx GBP 107,500! :(

Luxury Car import duty is a real pain in Thailand!  Hence the Japanese manufacturers being the majority two/four wheeled transport suppliers.  They don't get hit with that little (or not so little) tax charge.
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
