Individual Colours? Pics please

Good morning, I've been looking for a nearly new 40d for a while and I'm surprised to see so few in colours other than black, white and grey!

I though I'd start a thread to show off alternatives.

Those three colours seem to be pretty much what everyone goes for.  There are three different blacks though.  Very difficult to see the differences on a PC though as the metallic tint only shows up in good light.

Carbon Black has a blue tinge I think
Ruby Black has a reddish tinge and us quite rare - looks very good though.
Sapphire Black is a different blue-ish tinge.

There is a dark blue around too, and Silver.

You probably need to go to a local BMW Dealer and see what is lurking in their car park for second hand cars.  And have a look in the gallery section on here too, and the Newbies bit.

I know the colours are a bit restricted, we have a white 63 plate m sport that we are changing to a new carbon black m sport this week, wasn't really looking to change but was offered a great trade in price & 5% discount of the new car which was a stock vehicle as long as it was registered before the end of March. We were going to have black next but not until next year, carbon black does look dark blue in the sun but black at night or when wet if that makes sense.

On another note peter Vardy are doing £4k off a new 40d m sport with a really low rate pcp it's on their website, sometimes these deals work out better than buying nearly new, just thought I would let you know golfather.

Thanks, I'll look into the Vardy deal but don't have the luxury of time to wait for pipeline vehicle or factory order. Need to find a stock car this week!

I think they have stock vehicles if you are not fussy on extras or colours. Hallliwell Jones have stock aswell but all 30's
