Mercedes Benz - A Bad Experience

I bought an E Class early December 2014.    Firstly, the dealership was terrible, the worst service I have EVER encountered.  The whole experience from pre purchase through the after sales service/warranty... shocking!  The dealership offered a free service due to errors but that will now not be used.

Secondly, the car,  W212 E350 CDI.  I drove the car for an hour on test & it felt good.    5000 miles & three months later, not so good.    Dull, boring, stade.... some would say typical Mercedes, but I had a W204 C Class 2010 from new & that was a good car.  The E Class is just bland & uninspiring, the car just had no soul.   

Sold it today & now on the lookout for something more exciting but have no idea what I want.      Was thinking 530D M Sport.      Anyone have one ?

I've only owned one merc. A 320 CLK that was a big let down and suffered poor reliability with a similar dealership experience so needless to say I never went back.

One of my girls at work has also had a nightmare with her merc and the customer service has been atrocious

After a long battle they agreed to change her car for another one and just last week the current car is showing the same symptoms.
