Vibration/ drone at idle

I have an E70 X5 which has a vibration when the car is stationary/ idle and my foot is on the brake or the auto park brake is active. It only seems to happen when the engine is warm or after a long run on the motorway. I thought it was the engine over but I've removed and refitted this but it doesn't solve anything.

Does anybody have any idea what the issue could be? I want to fix the problem and I find it really irritating but I'm reluctant to throw money at a dealer withou first knowing what the problem is or is likely to be.
