Rear Pad Wear Sensor

Post by TinTin » Tue Feb 17, 2015 1:23 am

My rear pads are close to needing replaced so i'm going to be doing this soon.
One question though...is there a wear sensor on both the drivers and passengers side or only on one side?

Thanks!

Just the one sensor, and if you haven't tripped the light, it will go again.

And if you have tripped the warning light, clearly the sensor will need replacing too  ;) I think they are about £30...

These guys are v.good. I've used them for years for my VW R32's and Audi S4, before the X5...

You can get them from ECP for less than a tenner.

You only have one sensor on the rear normally on UK market it's on the o/s/r. Hope this helps
