Planning to swap X5 for...

Hi guys,

After no. Of months in fast lane and very enjoying rides in my 4.8is i'm planning to part company and go for something more subtle... Yet different .
I've been looking at Audi A8 4.2 tdi which i'm so keen to get on/in so was wondering had anyone ever had one and could share some insights?

Btw... Car is not as appealing as bmw is nut the engine is true craftsmanship in the same way as 4.8 is albeit on totally diff. Terms.

3.2 yeh I no the shitty engine one but SWMBO wouldn't be ok in the 4.5 turbo

There is a non turbo V8!!!!

That is the same engine as in my Mrs old TT, a car half the weight!!!!

I'm thinking of moving mine on to and after only 2 months of ownership, I love it it's a great car but I can't live without an M power car in my life having just sold my M3. Gonna wait till the m3/m4 comes down a bit in price and get in an M where I should be!
