Bucking the trend..a GOOD eBay seller for a change!

Post by ScottBarton » Thu Feb 05, 2015 11:45 pm

All too often you hear of bad experience from traders, especially on eBay, but I need to buck the trend and actually report excellent service.
I was on the look out for replacement front grilles as one had a large hole in it. Expensive items from BMW and a few places on the net, I found a seller called 'oe245'...based in Latvia!

A relative new member from August 2014, with 100% feedback I went for it and ordered the long lower piece and the two mid sections. They were reasonably priced (cheapest OEM BMW I could find) and genuine BMW parts.
Straight away I was contacted thanking me for the order, not some automated email. A tracking number was supplied a couple of days later, followed by the items turning up safe and sound a few days later, exactly as described...all the way from Latvia!!
Check them out if you need anything X and BMW.

Although ebay can be hit or miss, I've never had a bad experience so find the site to be alright.

Agreed. As long as you are clever with who you trade with then tbh apart from the selling fees I like eBay.
