Telestart T90 remote heating module and fob

Telestart T90 control unit and fob, used in Bmw X5 and ready to fit. This item plugs into an existing connector in the boot. It doesn't need any modifications to remotely switch on your webasto heater from the comfort of your house. I'm looking for £100 for it. Please message me for any info.

Can you tell me where it plugs in to the 'existing connector' please?Id like to be sure that I ahv that before considering purchasing.

And it is entirely plug and play - absolutely nothing else to do at all?

If you forget to switch it of does it run and run or only run for a set time?

It should just plug into the empty slot in the electronics bay down by the battery.

It should shut down automatically if either the fuel or battery volts fall below a preset level.

I thought the remote only ran it for a set period of time like 15 mins?

Hi there,

There is a small black plug in the box next to battery, the X5 should be pre wired and yes it is plug and play.

The unit will not start if fuel light is on / low fuel or battery voltage is too low. You can set different run times with remote. You'd have to check how this is done on the Telestart website. I can not remember how to do it.
