Smart cars are worse imho, and I know you've had one of them. You know how Mr Bean has a thing with that 3 wheeler he hates and has to tip over at every opportunity in his mini? That's how I feel about them.
The Leaf isn't so bad, it's fugly in a cute way!
[/quote]

So smart cars have character !!!

New one of those is ugly though.

Not sure I can associate a leaf with cute!!!

Re-arrange the letters and you have DUG. Also appropriate if that's your one.

Which of course makes it similar to the ones on my other two main cars

I have a plate that should be getting though auction at the end of the month which is just initials and two numbers.

I was going to put it on lotus(which I will probably still do) or I may put it on here.

Greetings after a long time, so I'm thinking about getting one of these too, especially with the figures you mention, can I ask what the cost was and for which model, i did read the first few pages, then the usual laziness kicked in.  Also the deals you were getting does that need to be with the same dealer or is that offer available at any Nissan dealer?  Would prefer the Teckna.

This deal has finished and as far as research has shown only one dealer was doing such a good deal.  Ring around dealers to see who will give you the best deal.

You're kidding!  You need to train as a Sparky as well........new Avo/Fluke meter, insulated screwdrivers, fuse tester, LiOn battery tester etc, etc, etc.  Oh and a 6kW charging point outside too.  Well he's not going to use his own electricity now is he?

It's not me who needs to train right ;-)

Already have electric charge point was being done for free by chargemasters and you know me and free. Plus I got solar panels too not that there much use currently.

Will have to call around and see if anyone wants to deal with a cheap Indian.

I see Toyota is doing 0% so hybrid could be an option. Any other full electrics doing silly deals?

Don't worry, it was aimed at your 'mechanic'........ >:D

I did look at going electric myself, but the operational range is still too low.  I know they'll get better, but in the meantime it will be an Audi, sorry Skoda, next time (well they do build the engines for the majority of VAG now).

Looks like I may have to wait a bit longer to pull the trigger on a BMW PCP now and they want 3k for me to get out of the scheme, am better off selling the car and settling.

So the first Nissan dealer I tried came back with £233 a month no deposit. Far away from £150
