All,

I have moved this topic out of public view for the following reasons:

- It contains a discussion about a case which has yet to go to court. Rather than bring either the OP or the Admin team in a difficult position with information provided there which may be relevant to the case and some suggestions made on this thread could prove controversial and could cause us issues.

- It is fine if the operator posts the story once the case has been to court, but in the mean time I don't think the thread was heading in a direction that was going to be helpful for his case.
