Newbie

Post by Olliefrom83 » Wed Jan 28, 2015 12:04 pm

Hello

Thought I would introduce myself, I am Ollie, just recently purchased a E53 2005 3.0d sport auto in Estoril blue.
I will get some pics when the weather cheers up! I am a huge BMW fan and have been fortunate enough to be able to own a few, love the style of the X5, but already have some minor niggles
But will post in appropriate section.

Ollie,
Welcome to the Estoril club!  I too have an E53 3.0D Sport in Estoril, with beautiful contrasting Cream Nappa leather interior.

Owned it since 2008 (7 years), when it was 2.5 years old.  Mine was a late Dec 2005 model, but it's scary to think it's coming up to 10 years old.  126K on the clock and the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Cheers.

Hi Brewer

Love the Estoril blue, always wanted an M3 in that colour, but ended up with a Boston green one. Looks fresh on the X5, I have the black leather in mine, which is just aswell with kids jumping all over the seats!
Mine was a feb 2005 model build, 70k on it so far, love it! Will love it more when I sort a few problems out! Hopefully be able to get it to some meets in the future

Cheers

Ollie

:hi:

You'll like it, considering it's age. Not a bad car to be in and a lovely colour too.
