My X5 has recently started to chirp on start-up and continues for about 5 mins. I guess it's the pulley barring which have gone. How big a job is it to replace the pulleys and belt? Should I get a garage to carry out the work and if a qualified mechanic was to carry out the work how much time should it take?
Lastly where would be the best place to purchase these items in the UK?
