Just out of interest.
Where is the battery located on a E70.?
Is it under the back seat.?
And is it relatively easy to access.?

Just inside the back of the boot under the black cover to the left side. Basically under the tool slots. You just undo the securing clips/screws for the cover, and there's your battery. Much easier to get at than the E53 one.

Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

Mines on the way out. Its not holding charge and only charges up if taken on a long trip. Tell tell signs for me are radio muted on unlock, welcome lights (headlight rings and back lights not lighting on unlock, not all doors unlocking and the car telling me to wait for glow plugs etc. Take it for a good run and all turns to normal for 24 he's before coming back. Oh clock and computer keep resetting to when it gets really flat. All money money money
