Hi
I'm looking for some help navigating oem for a part ( I don't find the layout particularly intuitive - I need to find the reservoir for the screen wash)
On the reservoir there are three pumps, two rearmost and one on the nearside. It's the nearside one I'm working on. The outflow tubing has a metal crimp over a rigid grey plastic piece that is inserted into the pipe and the rigid piece pushes on to the pump. That rigid plastic piece is split and I need to see if I can locate that part please.
Also I thought I'd cut the crimp off and replace with a small jubilee clip however the tubing doesn't have much excess length so I don't want to cut the tube - any tips on removing the crimp without damaging the tubing?
Thanks
Smee

That's the diagram, thanks, but not the part. It doesn't seem to show the hose that pushes onto the side of part 11. The plastic piece I'm referring to goes in the hose that in turn pushes on to pump part 11

Remove the crimp with a Dremel if you have one? Or know someone who has.
If you cut it part way through then you can get a slot head screwdriver in and gently lever it open. No damage to the pipes
The tubing may well be the same as in this diagram - item 4 cut to length. It's a common part number across the wash system.

That looks like it could be the tubing - but it is the end going into the reservoir pump I need - this looks like the nozzle end at the headlamp itself?
It's where the tubing joins part 11 in the first reply
