Dynamic Headlight

Hi all, 1st post so please go easy! I need a replacement headlight for my facelift 2004 4.4 SE. It has the standard xenons with Angel eyes. I've been offered a dynamic headlight which from what I understand is one that turns with the steering wheel. My current ones don't do that so the question is will this dynamic unit work as a normal headlight in my car? I don't want to modify it just plug it in & go.

Nope. At minimum it will require coding into the vehicle order, which to the un initiated is a rather scary world.
