Spoke to my BIL (Skype) and his car been sat on trickle charge and SORN'd. As it's not doing anything, he's loaned it to me provide I sort 6 months tax and insurance.

All done for £350. So saved £150!!!

With fuel prices the way they are, I should (hopefully) be OK to rest up the GTR once the weather turns nasty.
