I have the 8 speed box in mine and its sensational !
A friend told me the 8 speed box is a dual-clutch even though it's an auto , can anyone comment ?

It's a multi clutch......dual clutch is for manuals (DSG). Automatics work in a totally different way.

If anyone has an answer to the question "can you programme the car not to use brake lights with auto hold" I would be interested. It does seem to be a bit strange that the lights stay on. Mine you, could always use the handbrake instead.

The brake lights stay on because the auto brake actually uses the foot brake so the brake light switch is activated. No way round it I'm told.
