Any update on the rabbit?  :)

Still here and looking settled.  Nice temperament too.  We've put signs up in the local area, told all those that matter (except any butchers) and put detail in the community page on Farcebook but so far no interest.

If she's still here after 7 days then we'll start looking at her being an addition to the family.

Just don't give her a name yet, in case the owner turns up! It could be that someone just let her go in order to get a fresh new pet for Christmas...always baffles me how people can do this, but it happens a lot.
Lovely looking bunny, really nice that you're looking after her  :xmaskiss:

Very nice companion for the X6 IQ  :)

I had one as a loan car and I was blown away by its economy/performance and I love the latest steering wheel on these too so much better than the previous model, agree regards the exhaust though I am not sure what BMW were thinking with the pea shooter  :o

At least on my old 520d they made a tiny effort by making it an oval exhaust tip... even though it was still gutless due to its weight!  :))

Thanks for sharing the pics  :)

Cheers Lee, it's probably one of the most sensible cars I've driven but it's really surprised me! Never going to be exhilarating but quite fun all the same.

Get some furry dice too. Pink one's....

Had this in the car today.  Found her wandering about in our road so we've taken her in until the owner shows up...she spent the evening asleep on Bonnie's lap... :xmaskiss:

So...it's been more than 7 days since Thumper appeared- any updates on whether owners claimed her or if she is going to be a regular fixture in the X5Sport fam?

We went to a full 14-days on advice from the RSPCA.  And we heard nothing.  Not one enquiry, call, or other communication from anyone.  We have assumed she was just dumped by someone!!

She is now a permanent resident with a new 2-storey house in the (heated) garage for overnight, and a warm place in the house which she has free roaming rights for during the day.

She plays with the cats and Andrew and is a really sociable beastie.  Whoever abandoned her obviously brought her up in a home too as she is housetrained.  Their loss is our gain.... :)

Innoculations were done yesterday and she is now also fully insured.

In the new year we will try to find her a companion too.  Can't have her getting lonely at night....... :xmaskiss:

And she is now called 'Flopsie' - not my choice believe me!!!  She does just 'flop' down on the carpet in front of the TV and goes off to sleep so it kind of fits according to Mrs X5Sport.

This rabbit landed squarely on her fluffy paws....

Made my day to know she's got a lovely home with you and the family where she will be loved; it must have been fate that she was found by you - sounds like an idyllic life for a bunny.
Real men drive pink and are kind to animals, lol.
Well done Richard,  :kissing:
