Immediately in the dark, I didn't see so much damage

He got shunted from behind at 110/115 kmh, then into me

It looked like the towbar luckily took the brunt, at first sight it appeared bent

Luckily yes thxvm Don, just some aches and bruising, all the airbags went off in the Audi.
He was probably the luckiest getting hit both ends. Was a big shunt, moved me forward
20-30m with my foot on the brake!! Luckily I was stopped far enough behind the car in
front.

It will be repaired, the garage quote came in just under the Insurance's maximum payment thankfully :)

Damn Chris.

That's quite a bit of damage to the X so you can tell it was a big impact.
