Trickle charger to boost a dying battery...
Do have to connect this straight to battery or can i use the points in the engine bay? It was flat today so had top call out GREEN FLAG. But reckon a charge may sort it as Wife left heater on without engine running for 30 minutes... And I reckon thats what has zapped it... Any thoughts?

Preferred points are under the bonnet - as per the manual.
And yes 30 mins of fan will have zapped it. Expect 12 hours to fully recharge it.
