Can some one tell me how far i have to go to get dpf to regen and what speed as its just pop up on my screen

20 minutes at 40mph or faster. You might want to switch to manual and keep a lower gear to keep the revs up.

If it does not clear then you need to go to a Dealer to enable a forced regen.
