Come on lads it's not rocket science the mot,have a think about it if you can mot a mk3 cortina(don't no why I picked that car) you can  mot a 2014 car the same it either passes or fails.

[/quote]Had M3 Cortina in the seventys :o and a M2 Consul  :)) My Car just passed MOT  :)) but had to have water pump fitted >:( 3 advisorys high level brake light light source but not more than 50% and something about windscreen! Outside Area zone A damage but not less than 40mm circle!,under trays fitted obscuring some underside components!
2011,2012 adv light rust on brake pipes,not mentioned 2013,2014  :blink:

My Golf had a blowing exhaust about 12 years ago - never been back on the MOT advisories since ..  :'(
