You seem to know the answer to anything, but I think that you are not always right. I used own ALPINA b10 3.3 and it was going through the oil 1l every 1000miles. If you search the internet that is normal even for the brand new car.. If you want me to I will send you and official letter from ALPINA. This is classed as a performance car. This is one of the reasons why I sold it.

Of course i'm not always right but on this subject, i'm 100% sure i'm right. >:( Alpina is performance company so is the engine and is normal (1L/1000) as for all "M" cars but n62 is not performance engine...bmw 120i,318i is not performance car nor is engine yet half of it you will find in v8 n62. In fact 2xn42 is n62. Non of them are performance engines...

Right, so according to Mr. K I A, it seems his car is Powered by Fairydust. Or Magic. But definitely never uses oil!
Those of us plebs with cars which use oil to one degree or another are driving a heap of scrapyard, bust junk with knackered everything. And they definitely don't have performance engines (Mr K I A only spouts facts, remember! )
In fact, it seems my 4.8is has two 3-series, non-performance engines cobbled together making up the scrapheap I dare to crawl around in.
And to top it all, Tyreman (Mr K I A's Best Friend?) says my tyres are GONE!!
So not only do I have a scrapper of a 4.8is with its oil-using, knackered, cobbled-together remants of a NON--PERFORMANCE engine, but it doesn't have tyres apparently, as they are GONE!
Oh dear [emoji27]
I tried really hard to remind myself of this REALITY and the FACTS provided by Mr K I A as my old knackered scrapper roared down the motorways today.......

LOL. This thread really has become ridiculous. In fact, Mr. KIA could just take over the forum and provide one-liner FACTS -no need for the ignorant, great unwashed of the rest of us to dare to contribute an OPINION when the purveyor of FACT is available!
