Any one had this problem? MyRear ones all ticking and bleeping ok.

I changed one that was dead for a new one

Shes a 2005  diesel 3 litre sport only known fault on her up to now .Can any one point me in the right direction ?thanks in advance

are the back ones clicking? sometimes they work intermittently or click very faintly,if you can plug in and read the ecu it will tell you which one is faulty

Hi thanks for reply ,yes back ones all ticking  and beep ,front all ticking no beep .do you know if there is  2 beepers one for front and one for rear and the location of them please kind regards john.

Hi,got a c110 bmw scanner plugged in  and when i go to p d c it briefly says error 091 turn off key wait and turn it back on which i have done lots of times and 091 flashes briefly as always .Does any one know what 091 means?Am i at fault because its all new stuff to me your thoughts please.

There's 2 beepers for the pdc the rear one is in the driver's side panel in the boot and the front one is attached to the trim panel above the pedals. Its the shiny black plastic panel with the underdash light fitted to it. The beeper or gong as BMW call it is fitted to this panel only a few screws to remove the panel. Worth checking it's plugged in before chasing any other faults.

lets hope you don't get what I got when I looked at that gong
the wire for the pdc was disconnected, when I plugged it in , all I got was the continuous tone from the "gong", had to disconnect it in the end

Keep away from strong pressure washers,ruined two of rear ones on my X5  >:(

if that fails , see if any one is local to you with a bmw 140 scanner you can try?
