Trace the cables I am intrigued to know where the DVD is now or bring to car hifi dealer who will be able to find If DVD is in vehicle.

The top little one is the bluetooth antenna/ariel as for the other could it be a hard drive or media player of some sort ? i don't recognize it as being oem to the car.
The remote does turn the screens on and off, but can't get it to do anything else.

Just been to have a look at it and it has no markings on it as far as I can see. Stuck down with double sided tape and only 1 wire coming out of it - that disappears into the depths of the boot
Looks like I'll be doing even more cable tracing then
Can't get the front doors open yet as the locks are still frozen. I'm having to get in the back and climb into the front

The box with the blue label is the subscription travel master box. ( I think)

My DVD changer is mounted down in the very bottom of the cubby on the right hand side of the boot. Actually, it was until I had the LPG conversion done and now its up higher in the cubby, but still in there.

Just checked in there and nothing found - apart from the BMW tool kit
Had spare wheel out and nothing under there.
Cables from screens go into the centre console and I think a wire comes out and goes to a plug/connector under the passenger seat and then under the carpet to god knows where.
Think I will take it to a ICE place so they can have a look.

Found it 
It was under the rear of the passenger seat tucked under one of the car mats. The bloke at the garage found the power supply under the rear seat and traced the wires to the passenger seat area. It was only when he moved the seat as far forward as it would go that he found the player

No, the garage where I bought the car from were very good and did all the searching for me. They just need to get the 'TYRE PRESSURE INACTIVE' message sorted now. They had a go at resetting it and resetting the tyre pressures but on my way home the message came up again. I phoned the garage and he said just to bring the car back and he would sort it

Good find. The remote is usually for a remote eye normally located at the top middle of the windscreen.
