Have a look for cluster pixel fix on here.  It's a common issue.

Its a ribbon cable issue normally.
They can be changed, depending on your abilities and bravery...

Or there are places that will do it for you.

I did mine and it makes all the difference.  Its all the little details that matter
Didn't take too long but did require drilling out parts of the dash as i didn't want to risk the dials by removing the pointers..
When its back together you cant see where it was drilled as long as you do it properly
If things were meant to be easy, then I will soon complicate them....
Please note...
Anything I say is only from my personal experience and knowledge..
I don't assume to know everything, and know there is a lot I don't know..
But then I could be talking bollox.. O:-)

Just done mine recently best bet is to buy the screen with the ribbon attached it's not to bad to fit. As mentioned you do have to drill the housing so if your not brave the have it done for you. Got my screen from eBay here's the one I used http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261508423936 the seller is spot on give him a call if your unsure of what kind of a job it is.

I changed mine with one I bought from Ebay, it's an awful job 1st time around and the template they sent for drilling the holes didn't line up with my clocks, fortunately I checked the rear of the instrument to locate the screws and drilled it ok.
It's fiddly to say the least and it's one of those jobs that when I started I wished I'd just paid the £80 and got it done for me.
If I ever do another one I'll invest in a fibre glass pencil to clean the contacts on circuit board 1st to make sure it's properly clean.

The seller I listed above seemed very good I was on the phone nearly an hour with him about doing the cluster myself. He was really helpful and they do work for the dealer network.
There no. Is on the ebay listing give em a call.
