I decided to wait a few days to see if ZF responded. Ten days later after the original message and despite me going through the .de website and despite me being very specific about wanting to go to the workshop in Dortmund, I get some Uk based bloke telling me where I can take my car in London.

I replied pointing out that if he looked at my original message he would see that I was very clear about visiting Germany and he said he'd seen that but thought it would be easier/better fro me to go somewhere in the UK. I replied saying I wanted to go to Germany

Another 48 hours later he tells me that I need to email xyz in Germany. Despite working for ZF he hadn't even passed it on. So two weeks later I need to start again
