Just a thought....Have you got the YouTube app?  I know Apple removed it with IOS6 but it then got re-released via the App Store so people could put it back.

Correct on not working on the iPhone, that is if you just click on it.

Click and hold to open and it works on my iPhone using Mercury browser.

Mine works by loading the utube app., when just clicked.

no i haven't put it back on, just have a shortcut on the hompage to youtube site.  Will download now!!
