Which rear dvd screens to buy

Post by Zakbelle » Sat Jun 28, 2014 9:03 pm

Has anyone recently purchased and fit rear headrest screens with built in dvd? My kids are pestering me for some after watching the tv in the front. Any suggestions for good buys or ones to avoid and how easy is it to connect to the tv module using the connections between the seats? Ideally I would like to hardware rather than plug into the sockets

Cheers

Craig

I'm in the same boat. Been looking at these as I have the Andrive unit in the front. I think they work independantly though if you dont have it. They look pretty good for the price though I have no experience of using them.

I'll let you know. Should be ordering them next week if I dont find anything better.

If you don't want built in then BMW use rebadged Nextbase 7" and 9" screens from the 'Click & Go range.  Self contained (apart from power) and use IR headphones.  They clip to the headrest supports with a crash tested bracket.
